Transportation
Transportation is one of the most popular programs we offer. Volunteers with Batavia RSVP, Inc. drive seniors to businesses within or near the community. This allows the senior to visit the doctor, dentist, grocery shop, receive dialysis, etc.
There is no income requirement for this program.
If your medical visit involves you receiving any type of sedation, including local or general anesthesia, you must be accompanied by a companion that can attend to your needs throughout the visit. The companion must be someone other than the RSVP driver.

Especially needed are licensed drivers who are willing to provide transportation utilizing their own vehicles. Also needed are volunteers to staff the RSVP office, to implement the programs.
